Defective Products

We do not accept any refunds on defective products.
We only offer replacements on defective products.
You must send back your defective produc/st before a replacement can be issued.
Delivery cost to send defective product/s will be covered by you, the customer.
Once defective item/s have been received by us, the seller, we will refund your delivery cost.
Defective products must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.
